Blue Shield Investigations is led by Mike Ciesliga, a career investigator with over 20 years of experience operating at the highest levels of local and federal law enforcement. Mike’s career has been defined by a relentless pursuit of the truth, transitioning from a decorated local Detective to a DEA Task Force Officer specializing in the dismantling of transnational criminal enterprises.

Mike has operated on the front lines of international justice. His federal experience includes leading complex investigations into Mexican and Colombian Cartels, Chinese Triads, and global syndicates involved in:

His expertise in technical surveillance is unparalleled. Mike has authored and executed Title-III (T-III) Wiretaps at the state, federal, and international levels—one of the most rigorous legal and technical hurdles in law enforcement. His reach has extended globally through the authoring of Interpol Red Notices and high-profile international operations, including the successful extradition of a Colombian General from Bogotá.
